FIA Brandblusser keuren en hervullen bij Rematech.
Rematech is een FIA-gecertificeerd servicecentrum voor het keuren, reviseren en hervullen van FEV en RMT Racing brandblussers en brandblussystemen. Wij beschikken over de juiste apparatuur, kennis en certificering om deze systemen volledig volgens de FIA-richtlijnen te onderhouden.
Let op: Wij keuren en hervullen uitsluitend FEV en RMT Racing systemen.
Heeft u een brandblusser van Lifeline, Sparco, SPA of Protrust die niet ouder is dan 10 jaar? Neem dan eerst contact met ons op. In sommige gevallen kunnen wij u alsnog helpen of adviseren.
Hoe verloopt een FIA herkeuring?
Tijdens een herkeuring wordt uw brandblusser volledig gedemonteerd en gecontroleerd. Alle onderdelen worden zorgvuldig geïnspecteerd op slijtage en werking. Vervolgens wordt het systeem opnieuw opgebouwd en afgevuld met het juiste blusmiddel, afhankelijk van het type systeem.
Wij kunnen onder andere hervullen met:
- AFFF schuim
- CF Coldfire
- 3M Novec 1230
- FK-5-1-12
- EF36 Gas
Na een succesvolle keuring is uw brandblusser weer 2 jaar FIA-geldig, totdat de fles een maximale leeftijd van 10 jaar heeft bereikt.
Belangrijk: maximale leeftijd van 10 jaar
Volgens de FIA-regelgeving mogen brandblusflessen na een leeftijd van 10 jaar niet meer worden herkeurd of hervuld. Is uw fles ouder dan 10 jaar, dan adviseren wij deze te vervangen door een nieuw FIA-goedgekeurd systeem.
Kosten van hervullen
De prijs voor een herkeuring en hervulling is afhankelijk van:
- het merk;
- het type brandblussysteem;
- het gebruikte blusmiddel;
- de inhoud van de fles.

Nieuwe FIA brandblussers uit voorraad leverbaar
Naast onderhoud leveren wij ook nieuwe FIA-goedgekeurde handblussers en blussystemen uit voorraad. Ook deze systemen hoeven pas na 2 jaar opnieuw gekeurd te worden.

- Stuur uitsluitend uw FEV of RMT Racing brandblusser naar Rematech.
- Heeft u een elektrisch blussysteem? Stuur dan ook de controlebox mee.
- Download, print en vul het serviceformulier volledig in en voeg dit toe aan uw zending.
- Neem vooraf telefonisch contact met ons op voor de actuele doorlooptijd van de herkeuring.

FIA Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Refilling
Rematech is an FIA-certified service centre for the inspection, servicing and refilling of FEV and RMT Racing fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems. Our technicians are fully qualified and equipped to inspect and service these systems in accordance with current FIA regulations.
Please note: We only inspect and refill FEV and RMT Racing fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems.
Do you own a Lifeline, Sparco, SPA or Protrust system that is less than 10 years old? Please contact us first. Depending on the model and condition, we may still be able to assist you.
How does the FIA service process work?
Every fire extinguisher is completely disassembled and thoroughly inspected. All internal components are checked for wear, corrosion and proper operation before the system is reassembled and refilled with the correct extinguishing agent.
We can refill systems with:
- AFFF Foam
- CF Coldfire
- 3M Novec 1230
- FK-5-1-12
- EF36 Gas
Once serviced, your fire extinguisher or suppression system will be FIA compliant for another two years, provided the cylinder has not exceeded the maximum service life of 10 years.
Maximum Service Life: 10 Years
According to FIA regulations, fire extinguisher cylinders may no longer be inspected or refilled once they reach 10 years of age. At that point, the complete system must be replaced with a new FIA-approved unit.

New FIA Approved Fire Suppression Systems in Stock
In addition to servicing existing systems, Rematech supplies a wide range of new FIA-approved handheld fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems, available directly from stock.
All new systems require their first inspection only after two years, in accordance with FIA regulations.

To have your FEV or RMT Racing fire extinguisher serviced:
- Send only your FEV or RMT Racing fire extinguisher or suppression system.
- If you have an electrically activated system, please include the electronic control box.
- Print and complete the service form included with the product photos and enclose it with your shipment.
- Please contact us before shipping to confirm the current turnaround time.
